आशंका जताई गई है कि विधायकों के इन लेटरहेडर का इस्तेमाल फर्जी कागजात बनाने के लिए होता था। एआईएमआईएम के जिन विधायकों के लेटर हेड मिले हैं, उनके नाम मुफ्ती मोहम्मद इस्माईल और शेख आसिफ शेख रसीद है।
बताया जा रहा है कि एजेंट के पास से 5 अन्य विधायकों के लेटर हेड भी मिले हैं लेकिन अभी इनके नाम का खुलासा नहीं किया गया है। सवाल है कि ये लेटर हेड असली हैं या नकली है, इसकी जाँच होनी अभी बाकी है। जाँच में यदि ये लेटर हेड सही साबित होते हैं तो एआईएमआईएम के इन विधायकों की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं। फर्जी दस्तावेज का मामला सामने आने के बाद भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने इसे गंभीर बात बताई है। भाजपा ने विधायकों के लेटर हेड की जाँच कराए जाने की माँग की है। भाजपा ने कहा है कि इस पूरे मामले की जाँच राष्ट्रीय जाँच एजेंसी (NIA) से करानी चाहिए।

Police also arrested some agents in this case & seized:
155 Aadhaar cards
34 Passports
28 PAN cards
8 Ration cards
And, letter heads of 2 MLAs of Owasi's AIMIM party also seized.
Now, 2 AIMIM MLAs are under probe.
They openly said that they will make adhaar nd pan of all Rohingya in a video few month back....

Don't worry. After few days, issue shall die down, arrested folks shall be released after 'mandatory payment' & business shall once again boom for couple of years... till the next 'periodic' catch...

भाजपा प्रवक्ता अतुल भटखालकर ने कहा कि इस मामले की जल्द से जल्द जाँच कर दोषियों को सलाखों के पीछे भेजा जाना चाहिए। एमआईएमआईएम विधायकों के लेटर हेड की जाँच होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा है कि 24 घंटे में इन दोनों विधायकों के लेटर पैड की जाँच की जाए औए इनकी गिरफ्तारी हो। साथ ही इस केस को NIA को सौंपा जाए, यह एक बड़ा रैकेट है जो कि देश मे चल रहा है।
